By using the services of YuRDestinations Ltd Co, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

2. Services Provided
YuRDestinations Ltd Co specializes in interstate transport of travel trailers, RVs, boats, and auto campers. We do not transport vehicles, produce, or animals.

3. Booking and Payment
All transport services must be booked in advance. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Full payment is required upon delivery of services unless otherwise specified.

4. Liability and Insurance
YuRDestinations Ltd Co carries $150,000 in cargo insurance and $1 million for property damage. We are not liable for any damages exceeding these amounts. Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance if necessary.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled transport. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Cargo Specifications
The maximum tow weight is 16,000 pounds, and the maximum dimensions are 40 feet in length and 8 feet in width. Clients must ensure that their cargo meets these specifications.

7. Safety and Compliance
YuRDestinations Ltd Co adheres to all federal and state regulations regarding interstate transport. Our drivers are trained to handle cargo safely and securely.

8. Force Majeure
YuRDestinations Ltd Co is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or road closures.

9. Amendments
YuRDestinations Ltd Co reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
